1. Who we are
Shingan (shinganai.com) is operated by Markty AI LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, 22 Highbury Grove, Office 403 Screenworks, London N5 2ER, United Kingdom. Markty AI LTD is the contracting party for all purchases made on this site. Contact: support@shinganai.com.
2. The service
Shingan monitors how AI assistants (currently ChatGPT) answer buyer questions relevant to your brand, stores those answers with their sources, computes visibility metrics, and generates content drafts. AI answers change constantly; results are point-in-time observations, not guarantees of how any assistant will answer in the future, and no ranking or visibility outcome is promised.
3. Billing and cancellation
Paid plans bill monthly in advance via Stripe. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. Promotional pricing applies for the stated promotional duration, then reverts to the listed price. If a first paid period does not meet your expectations, email us within 14 days of the first charge for a full refund.
4. Acceptable use
Scan only domains you own or are authorized to analyze competitors of in the ordinary course of business. No attempts to overload, reverse-engineer, or resell the service without written permission. We may rate-limit or suspend accounts that abuse the service.
5. Liability
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Markty AI LTD's aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the amounts you paid in the three months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email to subscribers at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
