What we collect
Email addresses (to deliver reports, sign-in links, and alerts), the website domains you scan or watch, the scan results we generate for those domains (retained 7 days for free scans), subscription and usage records, and technical data needed to run and protect the service (IP-based rate limiting, bot-check results). We do not sell personal data.
Processors we use
Vercel (hosting), MongoDB Atlas (database), Cloudflare (DNS and bot protection), Stripe (payments; we never see full card numbers), Resend (email delivery), OpenAI and DataForSEO (scan analysis; your scanned domain and public website content are processed to generate results). Each processes data under its own data-processing agreement with us.
Retention and your rights
Free-scan results expire after 7 days. Lead and account records are kept while the relationship is active and deleted on request. You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data at any time via support@shinganai.com. If you are in the UK/EEA you may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
Cookies
We use a single first-party session cookie for sign-in and Cloudflare Turnstile's bot-check. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
